3. Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: This agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
• Legal Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
